Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing our third-party logistics services, including managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on shipments and inventory.
- Inventory Control: Implement inventory management processes to accurately track stock levels via MCP system
- Process customer orders, prepare shipping documents, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests using our MCP system and email system.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing and fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that goods meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, resolve issues, and optimize transportation routes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze warehouse performance metrics. Update monthly major customer KPI report

Requirements
- Degree holders or equivalence
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Working experience in shipping, supply chain or logistics will be an added advantage
- Work independently and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Team player and dynamic, ability to multi-task
- Good communication and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
