Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, manage appointment scheduling, and address inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or written communication.
- Uphold a standard of exceptional patient care to ensure a positive clinic experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement of dental supplies, stationery, and equipment, as well as maintenance of office furniture.
- Facilitate smooth clinic operations by coordinating with relevant vendors and departments to resolve any issues.
- Handle the submission of dental claims through CHAS, Medisave, and Dental Insurance portals.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as maintaining clinic records, completing necessary forms, and submitting timely reports.
Requirements:
- Preferably possess prior experience in customer service or reception roles.
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates without prior experience in dental clinic operations are encouraged to apply; willingness to learn is essential.

- Flexibility to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
