Customer Service AssistantExecutive

Responsibility

- Generate daily & monthly reports

- Upload meter reading to our MR system for billing

- Prepare service/billing reports per customers' requirement

- And any other Call Centre duties when necessary

- Resolve any operation issues, raise Credit Note or Debit Note as required and coordinate with Finance and Sales department

- any adhoc duties


Requirements

- Knowledge on Microsoft office especially Excel (example :Vlookup)

- Able to generate reports

- Familiar with administrative duties

- Detail oriented

- Fast learner and patience
