Responsibilities:
- Manage service and logistics operations in the APAC region, including coordination of import/export activities, navigating local import/export laws, and addressing challenges related to time zones and equipment arrival for critical events.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service and logistics processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of medical devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations, resolve issues, and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in service, logistics, and supply management within the medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of the APAC region's import/export laws and logistics landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics operations and navigate challenges inherent to the APAC market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
