Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain manual backlog to facilitate job closing
- Follow up with customer on closure document
- Attend to email enquiry from customers
- Preparing monthly status sales report for outstanding billing
- Assist in simple quotation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in sales would be an added advantage
- Preferably familiar with government sector work environment (eg. mindef)
- Mature, Meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Salesforce is an advantage
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- On the job training will be provided
