- Manage compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
- Oversee revenue and expenditure management
- Oversee and manage outlets' Profit and Loss by meeting monthly business targets
- Strategize service operations by improving productivity and efficiency
- Recruit , mentor and train newly employed staff to fulfill job scope requirements
- Manage marketing efforts across social media platforms and affiliations through content creation and marketing analyses
- Execute weekly stock control and management
- Reports directly to General Manager
