Responsibilities:
• Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise building, response / hands-on to operational issue arising from electrical services, air-conditioning, plumbing, sanitary services, fire prevention, tenant feedback etc.
Requirements:
• NTC3 / NITEC in Electrical / Air-conditioning / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with 2 years of experience in commercial building
• Knowledge on operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation / equipment in a high rise commercial complex
