Warehouse Admin

Responsibilities

  • Receive and coordinate product deliveries, ensuring accuracy and noting any discrepancies.
  • Perform goods receipt in the warehouse management system.
  • Coordinate with operators for picking and inspect products before packing for outbound delivery.
  • Prepare outbound documentation and coordinate with hauliers.
  • Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound processes for audit purposes.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Knowledge to use Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
  • Preferably with customer service work experience
  • Working location at Jurong
