Job Description:
• Work with a team of technicians, outsourced housekeepers & security personnel to oversee daily building operations, including carrying out inspections to check on defects, plan and implement of building preventive & corrective maintenance and carpark management.
• Attend to feedback, incident or emergency crisis in the building and manage tenant relations including coordination and organising of tenant engagement activities.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors / vendors to ensure timely service in accordance with contractual requirements
• Track and ensure timely implementation and renewal of term contracts and statutory licenses
• Investigate and follow up on building defects, general repairs & maintenance and procurement works including sourcing quotations/tenders, raising POs, issue award letters and contract agreement among others
• Handle tenancy handover/takeover, manage fitting-out works in accordance with the house rules, authorities requirements and SOPs
• Plan and execute assigned CAPEX works, collate and maintain all utilities and data of the properties
• Assist with compilation and preparation of monthly management report & slides.
• Manage and update various systems, including the tenant portal, access control, and PTW (Permit to Work) submission.
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma preferably in Building Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial buildings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written & spoken) and with experience in tenant management in retail malls/commercial buildings
• Proficient in MS Office including word, excel, powerpoint. Those who are familiar with SAP will have an added advantage.
