Job Responsibilities:
- Administers the management of the premises access card system and CCTV, including issuance of access cards and assigning of access; follows fire safety precaution measures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Takes care of the general maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, liaising with building management and vendors. Keeps record of all maintenance and repairs work.
- Updates of non-IT fixed assets inventory; conducts annual physical checks.
- Sourcing and procurement of non-IT products and services, maintenance of general equipment and services, including assessment, evaluation and screening of new suppliers.
- Responsible for input and confirmation of invoices to AP System and allocation of costs.
- Responsible for updates and records receipt of Authorised Signatories Booklets from correspondents’ banks (addition, amendment and deletion).
- Upkeep of meeting rooms and manage meeting room booking system.
- Administers warehouse/archiving matters.
- Assists Head of Facility Management in re-stacking and renovation projects.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Able to work on weekends (on ad-hoc basis due to office maintenance requirements)
- Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
