Job Description:
- Preparing of costing for project tenders and quotations.
- Bidding of M&E tender/projects.
- Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, project management and documentation.
- Plan, prepare and manage preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of M&E equipment.
- Supervision and management of vendors, contractors and in-house technicians for progress of work and coordination with clients’ representatives on project and technical matters.
- Lead a team of supervisors and technicians to ensure maximum uptime of the M&E systems and its equipment.
- Ensure all works carried out in a safe manner and in compliance to safety procedures.
- Relevant experience in M&E services in the Build Environment will be an added bonus.
- Billing submission and ensure collection of payments from clients
- Prepare proposals, reports and documentations for submission to clients etc.
- Build rapport with clients leading to business growth and new opportunities
- Able to look for and prospect new clients for business growth
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Engineering Degree or Diploma from local Education Institutions
- 2 years’ experience in project management and/or managing maintenance term contracts
- Good in planning and meticulous
- Self-motivated with good communication skills
- Team player and able to lead a team
- Good command of English, able to read and interpret Tender and Contract documents
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
