Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant.
- To manage outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability.
- Ensure that the highest standard of quality relating to service, presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage is maintained.
- Be fully knowledgeable with the restaurant operation and to efficiently manage the operation of all shifts.
- Suggest and recommend improvements to the running of the restaurant.
- Creating and policing operations polices, discipline and standardization company wide.
- Creatring and maintaining annual budgets and monthly management reports.
- Understand the need of training and development of employees and to take proactive approach in training employees and to take proactive approach in training employees especially mandatory training like Basic Food Hygiene and Safety.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years revelant experience in similiar capacity in restaurant operations.
- Knowledge on Mexician cuisine.
- Strong leadership abilities. Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Language skills - fluency in English (Oral/Written) and Spanish for communciation with customers with be added advantage.
- Aggressive, self-motivated and result orientaed.
- Ability to work in multi task environment.
- Ability to work under stress.
- 6 days work incl. weekends and public holidays.
Salary:
- Full time salary starting from $6k up to $10k depending on experience.
- The title and remuneration package will commensurate according to work experience and educational qualifications.
