As a Trading Manager, you will be responsible for managing the export and import trading position to generate revenues. Develop cash trading and futures spread strategies, and manage logistics.
- Manage a team of traders in India and provide guidance, mentorship, and training, especially for exporting products to Singapore
- Manage overall import pipeline and cash positions.
- Provide market offers to internal and external customers
- Develop and execute future strategies regarding spreads.
- Control and manage sales & logistics
- Maintain strong relationships with clients

- Continuously optimize trading processes and workflows to enhance efficiency

- Travel to India (Gujarat) frequently and communicate with the traders in the same language
