Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage all transportation processes including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and arrange of import, export and LCL shipment documentations and custom clearance.
- Update and maintain warehouse inventories to ensure accurate inventory management of Goods in the warehouse.
- Work closely with Warehouse to ensure all services rendered to customer are captured for billing on time and accurately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate invoices to customers with an agreed billing agreement.
- Assist operation and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
- Display empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Positive attitude, multi-tasker and a team-oriented mindset working with minimal supervision is essential
