Candidate must possses at least Diploma /Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in building and construction related field.
.Required language(S): Mandarin, English(in order to handle queries and concerrns from mandarin and english speaking clients in regards with the quartity related matters.)
.At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is requeried for this position.
> Pereferably Entry Level specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
.Take off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
. Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
. Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
. Carry out site measurement
.Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments
.Other quantity surveying related dutiesMin 3 year experience in Alum / Glazing works
Min Nitec / Diploma Holder In Archi or relevant Trade
To prepare Tender Takeoff, BOM
To prepare tender procure and study the technical.
Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese.
Knowledge of MS office, autocad software.
Knowlder of BIM advantage
