Create project plans with relevant team members for Data Correction from several teams
Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
Organizing Daily Scrum to coordinate team effort to ensure progress towards sprint goals & organizing Sprint retrospectives.
Establishing an escalation mechanism for impediments & identifying delivery effectiveness improvements.
Work with Product owners to (SM & delivery Team) understand product roadmap and backlog.
Work with the technical lead/Architect (SM & delivery Team) to understand broader concepts.
Set metrics with the team to display their future improvement and their as-is status.
Proactively searching for issues related to software delivery/quality/speed, raising it when required and solving it with the team.
Propose improvements in the development process, documentation, and collaboration to improve quality and effectiveness.
Creating an environment where focus is translated into sprint goals as well as on the scale of Product Goal.
Skills preferred:
Understanding of the principles of IT Data security and data protection
Experience using agile project management tools such as Jira, and Confluence and data management tools like BI Dashboard.
Experience working within the information/records management discipline.
Experience in the financial services industry with a focus on Private Banking/Wealth Management
Experience with data governance, master data management, and quality assurance.
