Job Description:
- Setup, install and configure IT hardware and software.
- Support, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents encountered by end-users with their computers and applications.
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
- Perform any other IT-related support activities, as required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experiences.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and setup skills in computer hardware and software.
- Good communication skill and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
