Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage the e-commerce platform, including uploading of products and ensuring listings and pricing are accurate and up-to-date
- Execute and manage online campaigns, provide insights on campaign performance
- Order fulfilment in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing weekly sales report for online and offline sales
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues, if any
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices and provide recommendations to improve the online customer experience
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, with Excel knowledge in Vlookup, PivotTable
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and website analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
