The Job:
- Develop, maintain, and support Zuellig Pharma IT infrastructure solutions and services with defined standards and processes to drive availability, stability, scalability, security, and performance of IT infra solutions and services.
- Work closely with IT infra team, Applications team, and Enterprise IT (Regional IT) to ensure effective measurement, monitoring, and administration with the centralized delivery model while reducing dependence on external vendors and developing our own internal competence.
- Secure network by developing secured network access, monitoring, control and evaluation of network performance.
- Produce, deliver and maintain network, servers and IT documentation in accordance to document control standards and procedures, to meet audit requirement.
- Enforce IT standards, policies and procedures with security and controls in order to keep data & information confidential and protected.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge by researching new technologies and IT infra products/tools.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology field.
- Good technical knowledge of virtualization, network technologies and infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage work well to meet datelines.
- Able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues.
- Good team player, meticulous and resilient.
