Working hours : 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs
Job Scope
- Quality checking and formatting of draft survey reports on a daily basis.
- Print, scan and bind approved final survey reports and arrange for despatch to insured / consignee / customer / client on a daily basis.
- Ensure scan and soft document of approved final survey reports are filed in running
order and correctly named to their respective Drives and Folders for easy retrieval on a weekly basis. - Timely and accurately raise invoice to be included in approved final survey report to insurer / consignee / customer on a daily basis.
- Summarize and tally calculation for dept. revenue for submission to HOD for monthly consolidation and verification.
- To undertake duty as Receptionist, greeting guests/visitors in a friendly, polite manner, escort them to the conference room and serving them with beverages.
- Answer, take down messages and route incoming phone calls to the right party and in accordance to the company’s policy guideline on a daily basis.
- Answer standard / simple enquiries from customer and cascade complex issues to superior to achieve customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
- To support Head of HR & Admin in timely and accurately perform assigned
administrative work as and when required.
