The Business analyst is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. You are expected to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding and successful implementation of requirements.
skills and experience
- 6 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Must possess a deep understanding of telecom protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Ability to analyze business needs and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders.
- you are expected to possess an understanding of multiple system interactions within the B2B stack.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Assist in the testing and validating of software solutions to ensure they meet industry-specific standards and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Evaluate feasibility and assess the impact of proposed technical solutions.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies related to technical projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Hands-on experience in using Jira / Confluence.
- Stay current with the industry trends, regulations, and best practices in business analysis and technology.
