Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.
Responsibilities
- Attend to retail customers' enquiries
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, reply emails and enquiries
- Handle sales quotations, delivery order, invoices and coordination with sales team
- Provide administrative support to sales team
- Perform general administrative duties
- Maintaining a proper filing system and helps to register
- Ordering and tracking of office equipment inventory and assets
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good mathematics calculation
- Able to handle Mandarin and English speaking clients
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level / ITE or equivalent
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Courteous, resourceful, warm and approachable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive mindset, self-initiative and IT savvy
- Able to start work immediately
Working Hour:
- Mon to Fri – 8am to 5pm
- Sat – 8am to 1pm
