Responsibilities
- Budgeting and expense monitoring for all business units
- Inventory and reconciliation of fixed assets
- Business continuity planning (BCP) and environmental health and safety (EHS)
- Generating travel management reports
- Handling staff onboarding and exits
- Coordinating team projects, including office alterations and renovations
- Assisting in insurance renewals for corporate offices and IT facilities
- Managing room and visitor bookings, generating system reports
- Liaising with staff and vendors for printing needs
- Raising purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and processing invoices
- Assisting in store administration
- Providing backup coverage for reception duties and crown-related coordination
- Coordinating facilities management, mailroom, and dispatch services
- Handling office security and access card support
- Coordinating pantry services and supplies
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level, NTC or relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience, prefereably support large number of staff (200 pax)
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- Good communication skills
