Admin Assistant

Kaefer Prostar Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day operations of the Site functions and duties

· Provide clerical and administrative support of Operation department

· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)

· Coordinate site projects (meetings, training,etc) and take minutes

· Assist in processing of training and medical check up arrangement

· Preparation of site-related documentation

· Other ad-hoc duties and admin jobs assigned by management from time to time


Requirements

· Proven experience as an Site Assistant, Admin Assistant, or relevant Administrative position

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Basic knowledge of MOM Labor Laws

· Excellent organizational skills

· Strong communication skills

· Minimum N/O Level or Diploma qualifications

· Knowledge of Infotech system will be an advantage

Other Requirement

· People-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

· High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability

· Excellent team spirit
