- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports.
- Prepare cost comparison, variation order and final account
- Taking off quantity for both tender and ongoing projects.
- To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters
- To adhere strictly to ISO 9000 and OHSAS administration and procedures.
