Job Description:
- Brew exceptional and excellent coffee: Both filter and espresso based
- Create innovative and seasonal coffee drinks/cocktail and agree on Non Disclose Clause of in-house recipes for beverages
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages
- Calibration of coffee machine, grinders as well as maintenance of equipment as per SOP
- Welcoming customers, informing them about new products, answering queries and accepting orders, manage cashiering using the POS machine.
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain the Restaurant general hygiene
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment
- Attend to customer needs and requests in a pleasant manner
- Ensure smooth operations to achieve a good customer dining experience
- Servicing customers and taking orders
- Assisting on counting month-end inventory.
- Fulfill any other relevant job duties assigned by Manager on Duty
