The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities. He or she ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and act as a liaison between management and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end recruitment support
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding processes (exit interview, IR21 tax clearance)
• Process work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Process monthly claims and liaise with external party for payroll calculations
• Manage leave records, submit government and related claims (maternity/paternity leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A))
• Liaise with education institutions for internship programs
• Monitor, administer and maintain employee benefits
• Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, termination,
• Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
• Facilitate employee cohesion events
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
• Quick-learner, strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Infotech and expert knowledge of Singapore Employment Law
