Responsibilities:
• Serve existing high net worth clients from China.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and email queries.
• Communicate with clients in person to understand their needs.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing applications, arranging accommodation, and arranging visas.
• Liaise with customers to retrieve personal/corporate details.
• Manage clients and assist with the opening of their bank accounts.
• Handle administrative requests from management.
• Make reservations for restaurants.
Requirements:
• Minimum O levels/SPM/Diploma in accounting/finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, personal assistance, banking, administration, or relevant fields.
• Experience in the retail industry preferred.
• Ability to understand basic accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Meticulous and independent.
• Humble and willing to learn.
• Ability to commence work immediately will be an added advantage.
