Job Responsibilities
- Candidates will be responsible for performing functional front-end testing of iOS apps, Android apps, and web tools, ensuring the products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability for users.
- Candidates will conduct extensive regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess a keen eye for observing UI/UX issues, and have strong investigative skills to identify technical bugs and issues.
- Candidates are required to develop and document comprehensive test specifications, execute test plans, identify and clearly define bugs/issues, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to raise and follow up on issues.
- Candidates will master all of the organization’s toolsets and deeply understand the various functions and features to create training materials and operating manuals for documentation purposes.
- Candidates will participate in ideating and developing new products and make recommendations for improvements through market research, data analysis, and surveys to better understand customer needs.
- Candidates will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to drive results.
- Candidates need to maintain good working relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, customer service, and marketing, ensuring that products meet user needs and achieve company goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
Min Diploma in IT related fields.
Prior experience in conducting UAT - systems or app testing
