Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Direct report to Senior Marketing Manager, supporting Global operations of advertising and marketing for gumi’s game titles.
  • Performance Marketing (50%)
  • Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns on a daily basis throughout Google Ads, Meta, X or other digital advertising platforms. Liaise with DSPs to run campaigns and manage the media partners’ performance.
  • Optimize digital marketing campaign performance and paid marketing budget to drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue for gumi’s mobile games including media planning.
  • Ensure marketing data accuracy and quality of marketing performance reporting by working with the data team to deliver accurate and informative digital marketing performance report and optimization suggestions.
  • Manage relevant administrative tasks such as invoice checks with media partners.
  • Community Management (30%)
  • Help plan out community management calendar & content alongside marketing project manager & in-house designers.
  • Foster a lively community throughout X and Discord with expert understanding on the project/game that gumi is managing.
  • Marketing Support (20%)
  • Support Business Innovations department with overall marketing new initiatives and efforts across different projects.


Requirements

  • Possess minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in digital marketing hands-on experience and/or community management. Willingness to learn new skills/platforms. Relevant training on performance marketing can be provided.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising interface (Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok ads manager, X(Twitter) and emerging social platforms). Bulk upload experience or automation experience is preferred, along with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, LTV) and has a good grasp of how to manipulate different metrics to read the trends from marketing data and find performance optimization opportunities.
  • Has a strong problem-solving mindset and is able to work independently as well as part of a team. Can work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable in responding to changes.
  • Passion in mobile games and keeping up to date on latest advertisement trends, social media community trends for games.
