Job Description:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific region.
- Understand and address client needs, objectives, and challenges with tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and explore new business avenues.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead contract negotiations and facilitate agreement finalization with legal and finance teams.
- Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels, promptly resolving any issues.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager in the technology or security sector.
- Possess familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products (preferred).
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region as necessary.
