Job Purpose
As a Client Catalyst for creative business development and media sales partnerships, your primary purpose is to drive revenue growth by cultivating and managing strategic relationships with clients. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business objectives, developing innovative solutions, and executing effective media sales partnerships. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to contribute to the success of our creative services and media sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their creative and media needs.
2. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the creative and media industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through innovative solutions.
3. Media Sales Partnerships:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling media sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close media sales partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets.
4. Creative Solutions:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop tailored solutions that align with clients' branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality creative services that meet or exceed client expectations.
5. Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Work Experience
1. Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client solutions management, business development, or media sales partnerships preferred.
- Strong understanding of the creative and media industry, including trends and key players.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to meticulous accuracy.
2. Work Experience:
- Preferably minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or in strategic planning and creative role. Experience in the media, advertising, research or consulting industry will be a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging trends, connections and data to drive business and partnership success.
- Track record of creating actionable proposals and contributing unique campaigns worthy of awards.
- Experience with client-facing roles or presenting ideas to clients.
