Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, as per budgets.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Design Document Review and Execution:
- Thoroughly review and execute design drawings, design notes, and design specifications to ensure alignment with project scope.
Vendor Selection:
- Collaborate with the designer to select from a list of preferred vendors and suppliers based on project requirements, quality, and cost considerations.
Schedule Preparation:
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are properly sequenced and resources are allocated efficiently.
Cost Discussion and Synchronization:
- Engage in cost discussions with vendors and synchronize project expenses with sales before issuing purchase orders (POs).
Site Kick-off Meeting:
- Conduct site kick-off meetings with vendors and clients (Cx) to establish project expectations, roles, and responsibilities.
Coordination with Sellers:
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to address technical difficulties, resolve issues, and ensure project progress.
Handover Management:
- Oversee the handover process, working closely with vendors to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including MCST, clients, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Group Communication:
- Respond promptly and effectively on other communication platforms to keep all relevant parties informed and address project-related inquiries.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Tackle unforeseen challenges, make necessary adjustments to the project plan, and handle any miscellaneous tasks that may arise during project execution.
Qualifications:
- Min 3 years of experience in residential ID renovation industry.
- Candidate with sales ID experience are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in handover of residential projects(condo/hdb/landed).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic salary plus % net project profit
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
