Description
• Proficient with CAD/BIM 2D/3D designing;
• Provide CAD drafting/BIM modelling and documentation support;
• Generate and deliver all possible drawings and documents directly from BIM models;
• Work closely with Project Managers or BIM Managers to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline;
• Ensure quality of model, elements and information required at each stage of project;
• Coordinate and resolve clashes as part of modelling process;
• Communicate issues back to project team;
• Assisting in plan, design, presentation and documentation;
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• At least 1-3 years’ experience working on BIM projects;
• Must have experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit & Navisworks.
Advantage
• Experienced with Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
• Certification BCA Academy’s BIM Modelling or equivalent;
• Experience in Navisworks clash detection;
• Knowledge in Basic dynamo scripting.
