Job Descriptions
- Preparation of meat for sale (cutting, mincing, packing), adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene Procedures.
- Proper stock replenishment (FIFO) to ensure quality and freshness of products.
- Cleaning and maintenance of working tools / equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Service customer requests politely and professionally.
- Perform other ad hoc duties instructed by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of meat handling and cutting techniques.
- WSQ Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Prior Working Experience in a Food-Related Industry.
Working hours
- 5.5 Day work week. 44 hours, shift basis
- Able to work on Weekend & Public Holiday if needed.
