Your new role
- Act as the focal point of contact between the customer and the Company
- Work with and offer assistance to the parent company’s Customer Support Department in supporting the Company’s clientele
- Provide professional support to customers in relation to the Company’s service, trading platforms and other relevant applications
- Provide trading data and clarification on the platform’s trading information to customers
- Provide clarifications to customers (e.g. terms of business of the Company, complaint form etc.) where such information was not understood by the customer during the online customer account opening registration process
- Liaise between the Compliance department and/or the Back-Office Function and the customer in relation to the due diligence procedures at the account opening stage (KYC procedures)
- Request and obtain from customers the necessary identification and due diligence documents if these are deemed incomplete or inadequate for the onboarding process
- Receive customer inquiries and complaints and ensure customer complaints are referred to the Compliance Manager in an orderly and timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
- Good command of English
- CMFAS M1b and M6a is a must have
- knowledge in CFD is preferred
