JOB DESCRIPTION
· To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
· To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing.
· To process monthly progress claim and final claim
· To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project
· To take off measurement: re-measurement for sub-contract $B!G (Bs payment and final account purposes
· To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical services
· To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
· To liaise with suppliers for quotations
· To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
REQUIREMENTS
· Possess Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E construction industry not limited to shopping complexes, hotels, condominiums, office buildings, etc.
· Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsibility and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
· Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
