Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the internal support of sales team of the Company’s services
- Assist Sales Team to prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries and process sales orders
- Communicate with local in-support of Sales Team
- Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers
- Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on a weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Transportation Pick-up at Boonlay
Requirements:
- “O” or ”A” level/Nitec or Higher Nitec & Dipolma
- 1 year’s or more working experience. Applicant without experience but with the correct attitude will also be considered
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Spoken Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers is a plus
- Proficient with Office based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer-driven and service-oriented
- Pro-active and must be a good team player
