Job Description
1. Project coordination and management including planning, scheduling, execution and handling project and coordinating with sub-contractor.
2. Liaises and communicates with client on project status, progress and variation order.
3. Ensuring the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the Client in accordance to contractual agreements and safety standards and compliant to the company policies and procedures.
4. Maintain good rapport with customer by providing relevant technical support.
5. General administration support to project team on filing management and ensure all documentation is maintained orderly for each project including proper documenting and reporting of project deliverables.
6. Provide after sales service and technical support on existing customers and develop new customers to expand customer base.
7. Any other duties/task as required by the job and/or organisation where required.

1. Good logical thinking and attention to details.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, confidence, initiative and commitment.
3. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Good communication skills both oral and written to liaise with people from all levels
5. Knowledge on Renovation Works, Interior design, A&A works and basic M&E
