Job Descriptions:
- Analyze market situation, trends, and supply & demand factors to be database, supporting trading negotiation and decision making in order to maximize benefit of the company.
- Manage all range of activities including import/export/cargo trading/out-out business for petroleum product.
- Manage and optimize inventory cost and price risk at every tankage location to make optimal outcome and create position for trading activities.
- Expand for new business opportunity including supply to new market in different areas such as Middle East, Africa, North and South Asia to diversify portfolio and maximize profit.
- Analyze investment opportunity to expand trade flow outside region such as take Equity in refinery or supply source, Storage in different location.
- Responsible for supply for PTT Subsidiaries outside Thailand to ensure stable supply with competitive price.
- Manage and optimize all the joint trading business with trading partners.
- Prepare effective trading operations, deal administrative of physical trading.
- Operate in accordance with work procedure which is in line with PTT policy, business plan (target), rules and regulations.
- Cooperate with related internal and external parties systematically regarding significant concerns i.e. risk management, accounting & financial, operations, chartering.
- Synergize international trading business with mother company to maximize profit to PTT Group
- Prepare report of performance, market situation & trend, planning & strategies to management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business Management.
- Master’s degree in engineering, Sciences, Economics or Business
- Over 3 years of experience in oil and gas industry
- At least 2 years overseas/international business management experience; can effectively leverage internal networks and has good, detailed knowledge of PTT Group business.
- Proficiency in Thai language as the incumbent needs to work closely with Thai-speaking parties.
- Special knowledge: PTTPLC policy / TBU policy / TBU operation
- Acute business sense and solid experience in overseas/international business management.
- Good in negotiation and coordination with counterparties and related parties.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
