- Processing of customers’ orders and invoicing.
- Processing of Purchase Orders.
- Knowledge for logistic arrangement in Import & Export
- Monitor status of outstanding Shipments
- Liaising with 3rd party logistics company / courier services
- Assist in sales support on customer enquiries
- Sourcing for new suppliers and materials / goods
- Identify, anticipate and resolve customer issues in timely manner.
- Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
- Possess minimum 1 year of experience handling Export/Import Documentation
- Possess experience in contract negotiation (e.g. LC)
- Good written and communication skills
- Fresh graduates welcome (Training provided)
