Job Description:
· Attend to feedback and enquiries from members of public received from MCCY QSM channels such as emails, online feedback system, and calls
· Provide interim replies to QSM cases received
· Work closely with relevant policy divisions and other public agencies to resolve issues raised by members of public
· Monitor progress of QSM cases to ensure they are closed within required service standards
· Assist in collating data and providing analysis on QSM cases received by MCCY for quarterly QSM reports

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 6pm.
Contract Duration: 3 Months (may be extendable)
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station
Salary: $12-13/H
Job Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Good writing and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
