# Operations Management
- Learn and ensure food and beverage preparation are according to our Standard Operating Procedures and Recipes
- Acquire knowledge and skills from all work stations
- Perform opening and closing duties of assigned work station/s
- Compliance with food safety regulations and quality controls
- Solicit feedback from customers, resolve customer issues and/or enquiries
- Ensure hygiene regulations and upkeep store cleanliness
# Café Ambience
- Assist to upkeep and maintain station and store cleanliness
- Assist to ensure lightings, music and signages are in good working condition
- Assist to ensure digital menus, marketing collaterals are up-to-date
# Financial Management
- Assist in cash handling according to Company procedures
- Assist to maintain stock levels and restock of items
- Assist to minimize wastages
Job Requirements
Preferably with some experience as service staff in F&B related industry
With some experience as a Barista with basic latte art skills is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management/ Retail Management/ Food & Beverage or an equivalent.
Working hours
- 5 days / 44 hours (Including weekends and PH)
