As a E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketplace sales by strategically planning and executing promotions, managing campaigns on platforms, and fostering positive relationships with Marketplace Account Managers. The role also focuses on staying informed about market trends and daily operation such as manage customer inquiries
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promotion Management
- Plan and execute promotion mechanics for marketplaces sales.
- Nominate and manage promotional campaigns on marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.
- Serve as the main liaison with Marketplace Account Managers, fostering positive relationships.
2. Market Data and Trends
- Observing and staying abreast of market trends and recent developments.
- Analyse sales performance and suggest enhancement.
- Ensure timely updates of selling prices on various marketplaces.
3. Operation
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma / Degree Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in working with numerical data.
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and data.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with marketplace partners.
