Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in OS deployment using SCCM.
- Proficient in MDT, ADK, SCCM, and other industry-standard SOE and Imaging tools.
- Skilled in capturing OS images, creating Task Sequences with boot WIM, PXE, driver updates, and installations.
- Knowledgeable in image building, Task Sequencing, and troubleshooting OSD.
- Managed CAS, Primary Infrastructure with 10,000 to 150,000 endpoints.
- Experience in SCCM application, patch, and OS deployment.
- Gather Windows 10/11 image requirements from customers, considering business, functional, and technical needs.
- Experienced in migrating endpoints from SCCM.
- Proficient in implementing and configuring Auto-Pilot for self and user-driven deployments.
- Resolve any issues related to Auto-Pilot deployments.
- Build SOE lab required for Imaging and POC environments.
- Review, analyze, and recommend desktop GPO changes.
- Convert existing logon scripts to preferences and standard compliance rules.
- Review and optimize existing logon scripts to improve performance according to business requirements.
- Create image documentation, test use cases, and develop custom scripts for SOE building.
- Proactively detect issues with the image and troubleshoot unforeseen issues with image and machine builds.
- Coordinate with Client SME for image testing and sign-off.
- Deploy signed-off images to production deployment servers and endpoints.
- Expertise in Windows 10 migration, user data migration, and related technologies.
- Proficient in OneDrive and Office 365 Products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage transitions and support multiple accounts.
- Lead teams and resolve team members' queries effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business environments and new technologies.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
- Good understanding of networking concepts.
- Knowledgeable in VB scripting or PowerShell scripting.
