Service Delivery Manager (IT Operations, FinOps, ITIL, ITSM)

We are managing a project for our International Banking client and we are sourcing for a Service Delivery Manager who will play an important role in sharing responsibilities on the Bank’s IT Production Services leading BAU activities in Change, Problem, and Incident Management.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management
  • Release and Change Management
  • Audits
  • Continuous Improvement, DR, Problem Management, Obsolescence, Inventory, FinOps


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering
  • Experience in Banking industry, preferred
  • Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • ITIL certification
  • Proficient in using Excel / Power BI
  • Good to have hands-on experience in any coding languages
