We are managing a project for our International Banking client and we are sourcing for a Service Delivery Manager who will play an important role in sharing responsibilities on the Bank’s IT Production Services leading BAU activities in Change, Problem, and Incident Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Incident Management
- Release and Change Management
- Audits
- Continuous Improvement, DR, Problem Management, Obsolescence, Inventory, FinOps
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Software Engineering
- Experience in Banking industry, preferred
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
- Good written and oral communication skills
- ITIL certification
- Proficient in using Excel / Power BI
- Good to have hands-on experience in any coding languages
