Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Instructing crew members on proper handling practices and excellent customer service
- Implementing food handling and safety guidelines
- Overseeing the daily activities of the Crew Members
- Scheduling work shifts and ensuring that the Crew Members report on time
- Ensuring that the store and kitchen equipment are in proper working order
- Keeping a track of store supplies and placing orders for new stock
- Addressing customer queries and complaints
- Advising customers on menu items and other pricing details
- Training and mentoring new Crew Members
Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crew Leader or Crew Member in the F&B industry
Holding a valid food handler’s license or certification in food safety mandatory
Complete knowledge of various food handling practices, guidelines, and industry standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, hygienic, and detail-oriented individual
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
Ability to offer excellent customer service
Working hours
- 5 days / 44 hours (Including weekends and PH)
