Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at the store level.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate trade terms.
- Support and resolve any trade issues & other day-to-day operations matters.
- Plan, monitor and execute promotion calendar activities.
- Provide support in areas related to promotions, product display and other related activities.
- Responsible for timely submission/update on trade pricing.
- Monitor all trade expenses and budget.
- Manage a team of merchandisers.
- Analyse sales data to assess the effectiveness of trade promotions and make recommendations.
- Stay abreast with market trends, competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties such as stock take, exchanges and returns.
Skills and requirements:
- Preferably with experience in Singapore's FMCG industry.
- Independent and passionate Team Leader.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Able to multi-task.
- Goal Oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5 days week.
