We are looking for an entry-level Analyst who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Job Description
- Handling IT asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Issuing and collecting of IT assets to employees, including laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Assisting with managing of solution products and product partners, including researching, evaluating, and recommending new products and services.
- Assisting to manage software development projects, including communicating with clients, testing, debugging, and documenting software applications.
- Assisting with product demonstrations and product-related support requests.
- Assisting with process and workflow automation related projects.
- Assisting with other business pillars work as needed.
Qualifications and Requirement
- A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in scripting languages and data analytics
- Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
