Salary: Up to $2,900 to $3,300
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract
Work Days & Hours:
5 days’ work week (inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
3 rotating shifts (8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Managing feedback and enquiries via phone, email, social media and/or live chat
- Generating feedback reports
- Working closely with various stakeholders which includes but not limited to the operations, product and technology teams, as well as logistics vendors in coordination of customers’ requests
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or ‘O’ Level with customer service experience
